Fully Multi-Threaded LNC, many improvements for the registration engine, platform upgrade, and further tuning of internal memory consumption and memory release back to OS.

Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

- ADDED CAMERA RAW SUPPORT with latest LibRaw 0.21.1 Release
We have update the 3rd party library LibRaw for raw conversion support to LibRaw 0.21.1. This adds fully tested support for the following camera models:
- CANON support added for EOS R3, EOS R7, EOSR10
- SONY support added for ILCE-7M4, ILCE-QX1, DSC-HX95, ILCE-7RM5
- FUJIFILM support added for X-H2, XH2S, X-T30 II, X-T5
- NIKON support added for E5400, E5700, E8400, D70S, 1 J1, 1 J2, 1 J3 1 J4 1 J5, 1 S1, 1 V1, 1 V2, 1 V3, D2HS, Z9 (only Lossless compressed), Z 30, D1H, D2H
