Each time I open APP it asks me to set my working directory. Is there some way to save this as a preference?
Each time I save an image as JPG it has a default JPG quality of 75. I prefer a different quality, again can I set this as a preference somewhere?

Not yet, but version 1.085 will be a release where settings are added.
