UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.
Hello Mabula, I am getting around to doing some processing again, and very much enjoying the changes in 1.0.61. They have really helped the flow.
I had reason to re-install the application, and happened to notice that it required all 32 bit libraries. This likely has always been the case, but it made me curious if you had tried the 64 bit versions?

APP 1.062 has been released today 😉 so check it out...
This is particular to installing the RPM package on Linux distributions. The RPM package manager indicates which dependencies are needed for APP to work.
These 32bits libraries are not selected or controlled by me or the APP code base, they have to do with 64bits Java dependencies in this case. It sounds strange ( I know, because I think it's strange myself) but apparently some of these packages are only available in 32bits in the RPM repositories.
So, while APP is fully 64bits, these 32bits libraries will not break or bring down APP and they are simply needed since 64bits versions of the dependencies are not available.
It might be different with different Linux distributions, I haven't tested them all (there are quite a lot...).
On which Linux distribution are you?
Probably, when I upgrade to Java 9 or 10 with APP, this will chance as well I think.

This is with Fedora 28, and it is odd that is pulls the 32 bit libs in as the 64 bit versions of these are already installed in the system.

Okay thank you for the info, I will do more investigation on this then. I didn't select those libraries as dependencies, the java RPM packager did, so I will try to found it why it only wants the 32bits versions of these packages.
APP does work correctly on your Fedora 28 system, right?
