Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
Hello i am using the trial version of APP and trying to get to grips with it. I have taken Lights and Darks and Bias and Flats with my ATIK314L+ the darks and Bias were taken at a different time to the Lights and Flats but i get this error when i try and integrate and it fails. removed link

It is a very odd error indeed.
I can think of 2 possible reasons for the error.
- Could it be that you have loaded both monochrome and color data? I can see in the screenshot that Bayer CFA is forced and the you have set a certain Bayer pattern.
- Maybe you processed the data up until 5) normalize with treating the data monochrome. Then after 5) you set the Force Bayer CFA to enabled, causing APP to treat the data like color all of a suddenly.

Maybe the reason is lightly different or related to my suggestions. Is your ATIK314L+ a monochrome or color version?

Hi Mabula, no the frames are all colour as both my Atik 314L+ and my Atik Horizon are One Shot Colour camera's. I don't own any monochrome cameras.
Point 2 may well be relevant as I am still a very basic user with little exposure I like the tool a lot but as with all processing packages it takes time to become familiar with workflows and the interfaces.
I have successfully now completed my first full process of M82 in APP and pleased with the result

I think my second possibility was likely the cause of the error. Just make sure that you set your Bayer CFA settings in 0) RAW/FITS before starting any processing 😉 than all should be fine.
