Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
I am very new to APP some please forgive me if this is an error on my part!
I have the latest version of APP 1.068, which I purchased last week.
I've attached an image of what I experience when I stack using LNC. I though at first it was shutter shadow as I was using flats at around 3s, but even when I increased my flats to 10s, the problem persisted.
I am using an Atik 383L+ mono.

So let me post it, great collection of photo's and a good way of showing it! Now the problem for me is, I just moved across the world to New Zealand and am using the cheapest and crappiest monitor ever at the moment. 😉 So I'm actually not seeing the issue, I hope Mabula can in this case (@mabula-admin).
Thanks for looking into this. It's the curved dark band that you can see in the top left image, running around the bottom right corner. I initially thought it was shutter shadow, but it wasn't!
Ah right, now I can see it. So according to your test it would be because of the multi-band blending right? So why wouldn't you just switch that off and go with one of the others (which are looking great btw)?

Thank you Vincent. Yes I have turned it off and as you say all is good. I don’t really know much about what I’m doing and I just wanted to share this with the forum in case it was an issue. Thanks for your help!

That is actually great Adam, ofcourse we take all possible issues we see and check if they are indeed a problem. In your case we will as well, but I figured for your data, already looking great, you might as well switch it off. 🙂

Thank you, yes I am, darker skies next to a city here than I've ever seen in my life. First night at the local observatory just outside Christchurch was breathtaking, I saw the milky-way clearly by eye for the first time. Coming from the Netherlands, that's probably understandable, a night sky there doesn't exist.
