I thought I've done it before in earlier versions, but when I try to extract Ha or OIII from HaOIII in the latest version (beta 17) from a single (already integrated) HaOIII file, I can't get the mono channels - it doesn't matter which choice I pick in 0) Raw/Fits, I get the same mono image. Do I need to re-integrate the original fits files to extract Ha and OIII??
Yes, starting over for those separations will work. First start with "extract Ha" and do the processing, switch back to tab 0 and choose "extract OIII" and process again.

Hi @heylers, the original files are files that need to be demosaiced. The resulting integrated file is a combinated of demosaiced data so no longer needs demosaicing thus the algorithms in 0) RAW/FITS have no influence on the integrated files.
