I'm testing out some filter wheel alignment issues. I've taken shots indoors with no stars. I wish to integrate the images, but it fails trying to find stars, and I don't see any way to turn off registration/alignment, and just force the images to integrate. Is this possible?

No, not yet. But in next versions soon to be released you can skip. Not sure if that works for not doing any registration whatsoever..
