Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

I am a new user still in my trial. I apologize if this is not the correct forum to post this question. So far I am really impressed with the stacking ability of APP as opposed to Siril and PI. There is one concern I had an I am not sure if there is a workaround or option to prevent this message. I am using a SeeStar S50 so I have 1000's of 10 second subs. When I load all my lights and start the integration process I often have some level of failure in the Star Analysis and Registration section. I get the attached pop-up and the process will just stop until I click integrate again, confirm the name of the file again, and then it will move to Register. If anything happens during Register I have to repeat the process a second time. Is there anyway to disable this pop-up and have APP just process everything from start to finish without having restart the process multiple times. I want to be able to start a complicated stack or mosaic that may take hours and let it work overnight, if necessary, without reconfirming everything multiple times. I have tried adjusting the options in the CFG menu but so far nothing prevents the pop-up. Thanks!

You can uncheck calibration warnings in calibration tab but that's all I'm aware of.
I think at step 3 you can de-select all the files that have warnings - try sorting by clicking on the titles at the top of the file list - very useful.
Thanks for the suggestion, I did try uncheck that box but it did not make a difference. The integration I tested was 629 subs for M16. 2 subs failed at Star Analysis and 627 were integrated. I even tried to lower the total number of subs to integrate to 600 to see if it would bypass the rejected subs but it still had me click the integrate button again to move to the Register phase.
