Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
Running low on internal storage, I have been using a large USB flash drive for my working directory. I had finished preprocessing, and was getting good results in DDP, when I wanted to transfer some files to a different PC. I should have closed APP, but didn't, and also didn't find an "Eject" option for the flash drive. So I just pulled it out. APP told me it couldn't find the working directory, and I may have chosen another. I then closed APP. But now that I have reinstalled the flash drive, Windows sees all of my files there, but when I choose the flash drive as my APP directory, it sees no files there, and the console window always says just "starting console output". So I am stuck and not sure what to do next. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.
