UPDATE FROM MABULA
I have had a very rough 2 months unfortunately health wise. I was struck 3x in a row with bacterial infections. The second infection occurred  after a routine hospital checkup and I became very sick. I had to rest and take a lot of antibiotics. Once I was recovering and restarting work 1 month ago, I again became sick. The infection was not yet gone, so even more antibiotics and rest was needed. Needless to say, it took a lot of my energy and I needed a lot of rest.
Finally, the infection is really gone and my energy is coming back step-by-step now and I have started work again. I am terribly sorry to have kept you waiting for support. I will address all outstanding questions and e-mails step-by step and will be on the forum daily from today.
APP 2.0.0-beta47 will come soon as well, a lot of work was already completed before I became very ill, so the release is also nearly ready for you. Beta47 will be much faster actually. Many workflows will be more than 2x faster, mosaics can even be 10x faster than before because registration really received a major boost... all compared to beta46. Â Before I release it, I will make sure that everything is working properly and then I will release it.

I've just been processing my first image and I'm seeing an issue which I am not sure if it's issue with equipment or my lack of knowledge in using the software.
I've got just under an hour of exposure time on M31. I'm using T16 from iTelescope. I've used master dark, flat and bias frames provided by iTelescope for this telescope.

If you look closely you see colorful "pixels" all over the image.

I am unsure if they are normal and to be expected or is there something I can do while stacking to avoid them?

Those look like hot pixels. I'm wondering if the calibration files they provided are good for this sensor. Where is T16 located?

Ah ok, so that location I've had less luck with in the past. Depends on if they have new calibration data done recently, but back then they were not quite right. I also think the flats you have may not be great in eliminating the vignetting. I'd check the date of the calibration files and also contact iTelescope to check.

Ah thanks. I'll get in touch with them and see what they say. Can't remember exactly now but I think the date for the calibration files was August 2020 or something close to that.

I have the same problem. Probably a little more widespread. I have tried with bias, without bias, with darkflats, without darkflats....
I've only managed to get them not to appear when I calibrate without darks. But then I have, obviously the effect of the amp-glow on the final image....

@anofeles As stated in an earlier comment in this thread, perhaps the darks used are not great. Did you take the darks with the same software as the lights? Did you take them recently? Is the exposure time of the darks the same as for the lights? Same temperature, gain/ISO and offset too?
Also, dithering while imaging greatly helps APP to identify the hot pixels. Are you applying dithering between the lights? If yes, how much in terms of pixels in the lights (so not in the guide cam)?

Yes, of course, I had made the darks with the same program (NINA), same gain, same temperature, same exposure....
Anyway I have redone another 100 and now I have had no problems.
