Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual

We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.

Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

all APP formulae

Remote data capture at www.roboscopes.com (Spain) using Pier 1.

AD250 10" F/6.8 Dall Kirkham
FLI ML-8300
Mount 10 Micron GM1000
Baader filters
Lodestar 2 guide cam

L: 18x300s
RGB: each 6x300s
Ha: 3x600s
OIII: 3x600s
12 bias, 8 each darks, 6 each LRGB flats, 10 each NB flats

Processed with Astro Pixel Processor v1.082. Using Tools > combine RGB, all 11 combinations of LRGB, Ha & OIII offered were tested.

This was more of a test of capability rather than an attempt to produce a high quality image.

Well, the capability of this process as that's what you were testing. 🙂

I found the function very useful.  Each image is obtained using the pre-set values offered on the sliders. So I think that was a job well thought out by the developer.
