Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.

This is my 1st attempt at M101. The results are something of a puzzle. The Transparency/Seeing for the 2 sessions was poor and average. Altitude was 37 degrees. 13 images at iso 640 and 27 images at 1270. 60 Second exposures. Nikon d750 with uvir cut. Meade LX200 10: ACF. Processing: the Star number is 120, Quality 55, Fwhm's 8.6x8.7; Shape .31.  With numbers like this i don't know how i got anything at all. I'm used to seeing numbers for nebula) like 500 stars; quality of 400, fwhm's of 2, 3 or 4 (with a 105mm refractor)(and smaller pixel camera). Is this to be expected?  Â
