This is my very first SHO image. It was taken with TSA120 and QHY163m. At first, image from APP was very green due to strong signal in H alpha. I made selective color adjustment and crop the image in Photoshop CC.

Did you perform color calibration? That might help a lot and then you can use selective color a bit to get the green down as well.
