Is there a way to save my workflow settings? And possible more settings to change for AAP?
After each startup I have to change several settings to fit my needs and other settings to change are not available like being able to ignore confirmation popups...

Not yet, the next version should have settings to do what you want.

I too would like the capability to save all settings for a workflow, so that it can be loaded and adjusted for an alternative run or reused for a similar object stack. Is see 2.0.0-beta2 is available. Any update on the ability to save workflow settings?
