The following camera models have been tested:

- E-M1 MARK II
- E-M1 MARK III (APP 1.083, soon to be released)
- E-M10 MARK II

If your camera model is not on this list, please share one of your ORF files and we will add full support for your camera.
Please contact support by e-mail for upload instructions.
Be aware: APP will read all ORF files, but if your camera is not on this list yet, correct interpretation of your data cannot be fully guaranteed .
I have downloaded a trial version 1.079 but appear to be unable to load my olympus raw ORF files. My camera is an EM5 mk2.
Interestingly in playing with some old files I can load ORF files from an EM5 mk1.
That is strange as that model is in the supported list. What kind of error do you get?
When I try to load an ORF file into the image viewer I get the following three error messages.
Hi Chris @crowland,
I have checked a sample ORF of the EM5 M2 and it just loads fine here:
Have you checked if the ORF is not corrupt somehow? Can you open it with another application?
If you think that the file is okay, please upload it to our server:
login and password: appuser
you will see a folder: UnsupportedRaws
Please upload it there and let me know once uploaded. I will have a look then at what is happening 😉
Thanks. File uploaded - P150016.ORF
Hi Chris @crowland,
Thank you very much for uploading the ORF file. This ORF file will work in APP 1.080 😉
The issue was that the ORF file does not have the whole sensor dimensions which was hard coded in our raw convertor. I have fixed this now, also for other camera models and of other brands as well.
It seems that you only used half of the sensors surface, right? The raw dimensions were 4640x3472 of your ORF file versus 9280x6932 of the whole sensor.
Thanks for getting back to me. Good news that it will work in the next version. Is that likely to be released before my 30 day trial is over? I have realised I can convert my files to tiff and have been playing with a few of them but would obviously like to try it out with native ORF files as well.
Yes my raw dimensions are 4640x3472 but I am pretty sure that is the full sensor. It is a m43 camera of course so think that makes sense?
If your trial runs out and you still need more test time, you can ask Mabula for a small extension, just drop him an email for that. And yes, it's best not to convert the raw files, unless you can be very sure the conversion didn't change the raw data at all.
Hello, I have seen that the new Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III is currently not supported. So I've tried to upload an .orf from the camera to the > https://ariesprodstor.astropixelprocessor.com:7001/ <
but access was denied. Is there an other possibility to send you an image from the E-M1 Mk III so the images from the cam would be supported asap?
... any thoughts?
Sorry for the delay, it's very busy personally at the moment. You can upload such a raw to here;
https://upload.astropixelprocessor.com/ login:upload1 and password:upload1 put it in the "UnsupportedRaws" folder please. Thank you!
Thank you very much. Have uploaded an .orf (E-M1 Mk iii).
.... uups, sorry. The first image (M540007.ORF) is made with my E-M5 Mkiii. Have uploaded an second image (9190072.ORF) wich is made with my E-M1 Mkiii.
Excellent thank you.
I have added 3 more camera models to the fully supported list, they will be supported in APP 1.083-beta3 and stable:
- E-M1 MARK III
- E-M10 MARK IV
