Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
Bit confused, the latest 2.0.0 beta-9 download options are:Â
APP 2.0.0-beta9-amd64 Windows
APP 2.0.0-beta9-x86_64 macOS (Intel)
APP 2.0.0-beta9-aarch64 macOS (Apple Silicon)
APP 2.0.0-beta9-amd64 Linux DEB
APP 2.0.0-beta9-amd64 Linux RPM
But where is the regular x86 intel Windows version?Â
@oneredpanther I checked with Mabula and you can use the amd64 installer on Intel Windows.

I tried that, but what happens it that APP launches, I get the console pop up, but the APP instance itself is just a blank white window.Â
I'm on Windows 10, bootcamped intel i7 macbook pro.Â
Have been successfully running APP on this configuration for about two years now.Â

Please uninstall all APP version including the older 1.083 version if you have it also installed and then reinstall APP 2.0.0-beta9 and let us know if all is okay then 😉
Where you able to run any on the previous 2.0.0 beta's on this machine?
I will make sure that the next windows installer will specificially show it is for both amd64 (AMD) and x86_64 (Intel) architectures.

I have uninstalled the previous version and installed the latest beta - the issue persists. The console loads, the license is verified, and then the actual program window just appears blank white in the taskbar - clicking it does nothing and I cannot open the program proper.Â
I am now without any method to use APP since I cannot download a previous version. Help!
The last version to successfully run was 1.8 (1.0.8?) something.Â

Hi @oneredpanther,
Did you check if another program on your windows system is blocking APP ? Like anti-virus or anti-malware? (Cheap/bad anti-malware can cause this behaviour for sure)
We have never tested on a mac computer not running macOS but running Windows to be honest and it is not something we could support officially I think. Maybe the issue is directly related to this somehow.

The 1.083.4 windows version is there is as well.
You need to login to be able to access it.
