Add the ability to select files from the file list for the LPC, Vignetting Correction, CombineRGB functions (and others) instead of using the file select dialogue.

Hi Rob,
Please check in 1.047, if you load a frame into the image viewer by selecting it in the frame list panel, then you can now directly start the tools on the image in the image viewer. (Combine RGB & Selective Color will do it in 1.048 as well).
