Fully Multi-Threaded LNC, many improvements for the registration engine, platform upgrade, and further tuning of internal memory consumption and memory release back to OS.
Apr 14 2026: Google Pay, Apple Pay & WeChat Pay added as payment options
Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
In the attached screen shots you will notice a very problematic result.
1. In the Ha-Oiii drizzle .5_1.5 screenshot you will see that the image cannot be viewed. (Maybe beta17 fixed this-I will try it today)
2. But the real issue is seen in Ha-Oiii lpc image and the Stretched Ha-Oiii Color no drizzle image in which something like "walking noise" makes the integration unusable. Â
3. Now compare the results from the Ha-Oiii Color algorithm with the results from the integration produced by Adaptive Airy Disk. The Airy Disk integrations do not show any "walking noise" and are visible in the image viewer window.
I thought you would want to see the differences between the two algorithms with my data.
This project is incomplete I am gathering more data as clouds allow. Also, I know there may be some issue with the flats, but for the purposes of this forum topic it will suffice.
scope - Sharpstar 76mm @ 335mm

Hi, Is there any comment about this result? Should I use Ha-Oiii Color at all?

So drizzling does require you to have undersampled data and dithering (relatively big steps) applied during data acquisition. Was that the case?
