Update on the 2.0.0 release & the full manual
We are getting close to the 2.0.0 stable release and the full manual. The manual will soon become available on the website and also in PDF format. Both versions will be identical and once released, will start to follow the APP release cycle and thus will stay up-to-date to the latest APP version.
Once 2.0.0 is released, the price for APP will increase. Owner's license holders will not need to pay an upgrade fee to use 2.0.0, neither do Renter's license holders.
Welcome
I have a problem with mosaic.
In the final image, colored pixels (groups) of green, red and blue appear.
Why ?
As I stack the panels separately there are not these artifacts but after assembling the mosaic they already appear ?
What am I doing wrong ?

Hi Tymon @tbaron,
In mosaic mode, outlier rejection is turned off since APP assumes that you are loading mosaic panels and not the individual uncalibrated subs.
You want to create the mosaic panels first. These look clean you indicate, right? Then load those stacked panels and register those as a mosaic, then the mosaic will be clean as well 🙂
The reason why outlier rejection is turned of in automatic mosaic mode is because it renders a higher quality result for sure assuming the data entering the mosaic is clean already.
If you want to create the mosaic from the individual subs, then you need to disable the automatic integration mode in 6) and configure the integration settings with outlier rejection yourself.
Let me know if this helps.

Thank you very much for your help, everything is ok.
I first assembled the panels separately with the correction files and then assembled the mosaic from them.😃👍
