Hello
The app crash after loading ligths (i have tested 3 sets). Restarting after update did not help either.
Here is a log from MacOS:
Dear Michal @nlbmedia,
On which MacOS release is this? What kind of files are you trying to load?
Please be more detailed about your computer configuration so we can solve this 😉 as soon as possible.
Mabula
As can be seen in the log, it's MacOS 10.13.6 and this seems the important bit:
Termination Reason: DYLD, [0x4] Symbol missing Dyld Error Message: Symbol not found: ____chkstk_darwin Referenced from: /private/var/folders/*/libraw.19.dylib (which was built for Mac OS X 10.15) Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib
Thanks Vincent - everything is in the log about hardware. Lights are NEF's from my Nikon d810.

Indeed, I built APP on MacOS Catalina with XCode 11, that is the problem... it's not comaptible with older MacOS releases.
Michal @nlbmedia,
Can you upgrade to Catalina with your Apple device?
I will try to make a version that works on older MacOS releases, that should solve it. Thanks for reporting this.
Mabula
It will be really hard. My mac is capable to install Catalina, but mu other software and hardware not (for example my sudio sound card). It is really common problem with catalina as it broke many hardware compatibility. So if it’s possible to prepare special version for older mac or systems it would be great. A think many astro people use older macs/OS for astro so it will be very handy. Other software I use are in 90% compatible from HighSierra so i think it is doable. Thanks in advance.
For now. I have to go back to 75 or 76 version?
If that works for you then yes, until Mabula has a special version.
Hi Michal @nlbmedia,
I will work to make a version that is compatibile with Sierra ;-), will keep you updated
Mabula
Hi Michal @nlbmedia,
Can you please check APP 1.077.2 ? I am hopefull that this version will work pre-Catalina 😉
MacOS 1.077.2 download URL:
Please let us know if this version works okay without crashing on your Apple device.
Kind regards,
Mabula
The 1.077.2 doesn't work on my laptop : Macbook air with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
I'm going back to 1.075 for now 😉

Hi @dav78,
Does it crash when you try to load a raw frame like CR2 or NEF file?
The libraw build unfortunately was made on Catalina and MacOS clearly is not backwards compatible in this regard... I am restoring my Mac now to a MacOSversion pre-Catalina so I can again make installers that will work 😉 properly on releases before Catalina.

Hi @mabula-admin,
I was trying to load .arw Sony files.
Maybe it's time to upgrade my MacOS system, but I've heard that some 32bit softwares might not work with Catalina.
There is a tool to check for that; https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/
On High Sierra the same error:
Dyld Error Message:
Symbol not found: ____chkstk_darwin
Referenced from: /private/var/folders/*/libraw.19.dylib (which was built for Mac OS X 10.15)
Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib
Please try APP 1.077.3 for MacOS with LibRaw support on MacOS releases before Catalina 10.5:
I created this version on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and it works as it should now 😉
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Mabula
It works now under MacOS High Sierra. Thanks Mabula!
