I noticed when selecting Frames to Apply to All Channels (Tick box in the pop-up) that the "Apply Filter Header Tag" remains ticked.

If you select channel(s) individually the  "Apply Filter Header Tag" is un-ticked.

Very minor inconsistency with the way it works and a bit confusing,  I assume the Apply to all Channels overrides the Apply Filter but it was something else to worry about when I was trying to process a lot of data so thought I would raise it

Hi @midnight_lightning,

Indeed, it overrides in case of all channels. I'll make a note to remove this minor confusion, it's not too hard to change this 😉
