I have done this a couple of times where I ran thru the complete processing chain and did some adjustment to the black level and saturation and saved the result as a fits file. When I reloaded the fits file that I just saved I didn't get what I had. What did I do wrong?

This is because the file is not altered when you work on the preview window. Data is then saved as-is. If you want to save the adjustments, you use the save option next to the preview window. It would be great to keep the adjustments saved, Mabula is working on getting settings to be part of APP.
