I am trying my first process with APP. I loaded my lights and calibration frames. After step 2, master calibration files were created, however while viewing in l-calibrated mode, strong vignetting still shows and the image is basically displaying same as linear. Master flat seems to be created correctly and I see 'CA' showing in front of filenames, so I am assuming calibration frames are applied. See screenshots below. What am I missing?

So just CA doesn’t mean they were calibrated with the flats, it seems they were not applied and the likely reason is because they are not compatible with the lights. They should be made with a proper bias or darkflat and have the exact same dimensions as the lights. Is that the case?

Lights were shot at ISO 400 and Fuji RAF dimensions are 6000x4000, but in APP in the dimension column for lights it shows '6000x4000 - 6048x4038' where on Master Calibration files (which was built by subs at ISO 400 and 6000x4000), dimension shows '6160x4032'. I'm not sure where the second set of numbers are coming from. See the screenshot.
I did have subs with different ISOs on the first run, so on the second run I only selected 30s subs at 400 ISO, which matches darks and flats. I do not have darkflats.
What does 'CA' in front of the filename mean BTW?
Interesting, that might be something specific with that sensor type. But the flat dimensions indeed don't match. Did you use the same capture software to take both the lights and flats?
