Newly purchased the software, downloaded and installed normally in a Mac with 1.84TB available HDD but the software keeps warnings about low HDD space and shows 0GB in red at the top left. What’s wrong with it and how to solve it?

You installed APP into the Applications folder and not on a smaller external disk/stick (it happens) or starting it from the disk-image itself?
Otherwise it's a known problem with recent MacOS installations, MacOS is not giving the "free space" through in a more normal way so it's difficult to determine what it really is for some programs. Mabula has addressed this in the upcoming release which is due very soon.

Yes, I installed it to the Applications folder as normally all the Mac programs are put into this directory.

Oh! So I have to install the software in the disk that keeps the raw files, not the application folder. When doing that I did not see other HDD as well.

I will try what you recommended, thank you.

No, sorry, it should be fine in the Applications folder. 🙂 But you may try to move it somewhere, if that works it works until the next version is out.

Well, I did try to move the program to other external HDD, it seems to have sufficient disk space but the working disk always go back to the disk where all the Mac applications are installed with no other external HDD including the one that I put the program in can be seen anything. Quite strange indeed. I have to move the raw files to that disk to be seen and loaded. I guess I have to wait for the new version or have to use it in windows for now.

If you have it working on Windows then yes, I would do that for now. It should be addressed in the next release which is pretty imminent (as in the coming weeks I expect).
