I have imaged M81 over two nights, but used different exposures between the two sessions so I need to use different dark frames and different flat frames along with the light frames.  My first approach was to calibrate and stack two data sets independently, then stack two integrated frames.  However, APP does not want to do that as when I select the two integrated frames and attempt to do anything APP reports 'no lights' and refuses to do anything.

What is the correct APP way to combine data from multiple imaging sessions of the same target when the calibration of the lights requires different calibration frames for the two sessions?

Answering my own question, click the 'Multi Session Processing' button that I somehow was overlooking.

Hi Scott @skestergmail-com,

It is possible to load a previous integration as light, but in 1) LOAD you will need to disable the automatic recognition of Masters & Integrations 😉 I will try to make this easier in the next release.

But having said that, indeed do try to process all at once using the multi-session mode in 1) Load 😉

Kind regards,

Mabula

I used the multi session option and was impressed how easy it was, which seems to be a common trait in APP.  Here is the result:

M81 multi session APP1 PS1
