Hi,

If one was looking at upgrading a PC to use for APP, what hardware does it take advantage of? Is CPU cores/speed where money should be invested, or does any of the computation take advantage of GPUs (beyond just rendering the display)?

(leaving aside memory and NVMe or SSD, they're a given (more the better/faster the better))

Assume Linux as the OS (or possibly MacOS/Hackintosh).

Thanks, Kev

So APP loves both memory and cores, no matter the system. The SSD is great to have and GPU calculations (which is going to see big improvements) will be supported as soon as possible (it's one of the main focuses of Mabula at the moment). So a decent gfx card will be nice to have as well.
