Hi, I've just downloaded the 30 day trial version to evaluate. I'm encountering the same error when I try to Normalize

Could you try leaving out the calibration frames? Sometime this happens when there is an issue with the calibration data.

Thanks Vincent. I think the problem was with my lights. I tried without any calibration files and got the same error. I'm trying to find the culprit frame(s).
