I'm getting this warning but I don't know if the bias is consequently being used in the calibration of the flats as desired. I can't tell from reviewing the console output either. My fits all say gain/iso=0.0 because the batch raw to fits converter doesn't include iso. however, I know they are all the same iso (800 for example).

Thanks for this excellent software.

PS: I see now from your video tutorial that the frame column of the file list shows if the bias is applied to the flat so it would appear that it is not being applied in my case. Can I override this and force it to be applied as in fact the iso parameter is the same for both bias and flat.

PPS: This feature does not seem to be there for version 1.070. I tried using fits files with iso properly identified and did not get a warning but I don't see any indication that the bias is applied to the flat.

So if I'm not mistaken, I'll answer my own question with these two posts that say the bias calibration of the flat is done in spite of the warning, since release 1.060, and the B is no longer applied to the flat frame info.

I'm still getting the warning even though I now have flats and biases that show the same ISO. I'm not loading dark flats.

PS: It seems to only happen on the first run though

There seems to be a few issues with DSLR files. Even though the files have been converted to fits with ISO, exposure and BGGR CFA identified, the CFA column in the frame list shows "no" except for the master flat and bias which show incorrectly, RGGB. Also, I guess I have to select force Bayer CFA, even though its fits file identifies the CFA type. I thought this would be automatic. I'll try some more tests tonight where I can see the colour output more easily.
