After 2 weeks, my latest unsuccessful multisession stacking attempt has yielded the following.
I have enabled LNC (4th degree, 3 iterations) and all the other options I can think of necessary for a successful integration, but this stack simply refuses to complete.
All previous steps 1-5 were (eventually) completed sucessfully.
To top it all, I left the PC running overnight to complete the step 6 integration stage but when I returned, the program had shutdown and all my settings were gone.
