Hmm, actually I just tried this stack in Windows and the same thing happened. The only difference from usual is I was trying to use some DNG files from DXO Pureraw instead of the usual NEF files.

@mikejolley Is there a reason why you convert the NEF files to DNG? APP can handle NEF perfectly well.

@wvreeven I usually use NEF. I was experimenting with running PureRaw on my raw files before stacking. To my understanding DNG is a supported format so I'm unsure why APP cannot handle those files unless PureRaw is doing something funky.

I wouldn't advise doing anything with the raw data, APP is meant to be used for its advanced algorithms specifically designed for processing the raw data, changing that can easily result in less then optimal processing or indeed causing issues as other software may change something that isn't expected by APP.
