Nachdem ich eine alte Installation der 1.x.x -Version von APP installiert hatte, ist diese Aufnahmeserie mit den zugehörigen Flats bzw. Darkflats einwandfrei verarbeitet worden, so dass die Updates der Serie 2.x.x einen Fehler bei der Verarbeitung von Kalibrierungsaufnahmen zu haben scheinen.

Die Flats bzw. Darkflats wurden ohne eine Änderung der Einstellungen (Fokussierung, Verdrehung, etc.) am nächsten Morgen aufgenommen.

Die Aufnahmen sind mit einem 10" Newton mit 0,75x-Nexus-Reducer, einer PlayerOne-Poseidon C OSC-Kamera und einem Optolong L-eNhance HaOIII-Filter gemacht worden. Der Fehler ist  bei allen Color-Bearbeitungsroutinen aufgetreten.

I am receiving a strange error while trying to do a double-stack (one for Luminance, one for RGB, shot with different filters). I have completed Luminance and now selected the Luminance reference frame for Color stack Registration as well. Color stack Registration  went fine, as well as Color stack Normalization. After starting Integration, I get the following error which doesn't mean anything to me:

ImageNormalizer

Error message:
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot load from object array because "this.a" is null

Cause:
Cannot load from object array because "this.a" is null
m.a(Unknown Source)
m.doInBackground(Unknown Source)
java.desktop/javax.swing.SwingWorker$1.call(Unknown Source)
java.base/java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(Unknown Source)

I have no clue what "this.a", "M.a" and "m.do" might are. In the console, APP is just trying to load the reference frame at this point. I'm not sure if I understand why it worked for Registration & Normalization, but is failing now.

Any help, please?

I changed my email address because the old has a lot of spam, but despite, I still receive your emails in that old address, I need to change it with the new one. I've already done it in my profile

ich habe mir soeben eine Testlizenz zugelegt. Anmeldung etc. ok. APP öffnete sich im Rahmen des Anmeldeprozesse auch. Nachdem ich es geschlossen habe, kann ich es nicht mehr öffnen. Wenn ich auf die Verknüpfung klicke, passiert leider nichts. Ich hab keine Ahnung, warum. Vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp für mich. Bin noch absoluter Neuling bei APP.

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but I couldn't find a better one.

Would it be possible please to add an option to forum accounts to completely disable automatic subscription to posts? Even if I uncheck the "subscribe to this topic" check box when I write a first reply, it keeps on being selected on subsequent replies. Only by enabling it once and ignoring the email that I receive will this option finally go away. I don't want to subscribe to any topic because I check the forum regularly enough so I'd like to be able to completely disable it and not receive those emails.

Unfortunately, on the 21st of March 2018, our e-mail infrastructure experienced a big malfunction and we are currently working hard to fix this.

The problem caused our mail server to send out too many e-mails to some APP users and others didn't receive an email at all.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this behaviour.

Update on the 22nd of March 2018:

Email funtionality should now work properly again. We are now in the process of upgrading the infrastructure as well.

Some email providers like hotmail.com, outlook.com didn't deliver email messages to the respective inboxes of APP users.

After the upgrade, all e-mail should come through though.

UPDATE 23rd of March 2017

The upgrade of the email infrastructure has been completed. All outgoing mails from astropixelprocessor.com are now fully compliant with the latest email protocols and security requirements. This means all mails coming from astropixelprocessor.com are now fully white-labeled by passing both

• SPF
• DKIM

checks from mail servers. Simply said, this ensures that mail from astropixelprocessor.com actually comes from astropixelprocessor.com so it shouldn't be labeled as spam ;-)

This upgrade should ensure that everyone receives their e-mails in their inbox, also in hotmail.com and outlook.com accounts.

You need to use both the

• username and
• password

that was provided to you when you registered on the site.

A common mistake that a lot of members of the platform make is to use their e-mail address as login name.

Your e-mail address is not the same as your username, so it won't work. There is also a good reason for this. Your username is visible for guests on the forum and we don't want others to have your e-mail address off course.
