APP FOR 3 COMPUTERS

I've purchased renters licence. It ought to be able to be installed on 3 computers. I've it in two computers. I can't load it to my newest computer because I don't have the code email anymore. Support does not give any answer?

HI all,

I purchased renters licence a number of hours ago.

No email confirmation (apart from Paypal) and no information for licence registration keys have come through. (I have a gmail account).

I have check spam folders etc. - nothing.

I have also emailed support but no response either!

Please advise and confirm at your earliest.

In the near future I want to upgrade my computer and OS. My question is: what is the standard procedure to be able to use APP on the new computer? Should I deactivate the current license? How? Please help.

I signed up for a trial license but never received the email. I checked spam folders as well to no avail. I tried to email the support email but it wouldn't go through - perhaps the SMTP servers are down?

I hate to be that person, but I had a computer crash and I need my licence code for my new computer. It was originally emailed to me in about April 2019, but I've lost those emails as well.
