This is my first picture of the year, and the first here for a while 😀Â
It has been processed 100% with APP.
Usually I use APP until stacking, then PixInsight for processing.
The picture has been taken with ASI553 (first light with it), ASIAIRpro, TS71, Fornax Lightrack.
I used a TS IR cut filter, that has created halos around bright stars (I have to find a better filter).
300 x 60 sec at unity gain (100).
I'm quite satisfied with this picture, but it's quite noisy (APP can't manage this kind of noise for now).

That is some amazing signal! Getting great data to begin with will make this easier for the program as well, very nice! I think the noise is fine actually, it's not distracting and always part of the game. Noise reduction is something Mabula will work on though.

Yes, I've noticed that the better the data quality, the easier it will be to process it with APP (that's also true for other softwares).
Anyway I'm quite happy to get such result, 100% APP processing !
After more than 2 years using APP, I think it's time to make a little feedback, and some request 😉 .
