  • This is through the es127, 3 Subs of 20 minutes each with darks and flats and bias. Camera was a modified Canon T3i filter was a 7nm  hydrogen Alpha baader.

Actually I am not familiar with that D Bayer stuff. I think I brought it up once and found out app does it automatically with RGB. I don't know what it is. I asked it one time but was told it was automatic so I pursued it no farther.

Manually setting the debayer algorithmin 0) RAW/FITS  to H-alpha debayer will certainly be better than using APP's default debayer algorithm if you have H-alpha data shot with your DSLR/OSC camera 😉 .

Default debayering (Adaptive Airy Disc) is for RGB data and is dependent on a good signal in the green channel. With your H-alpha data, this is not the case, so setting it to H-alpha debayer should give a better H-alpha result.
