I use my Atik 428ex CCD camera for DSO images.

Can you stack and then process mono CCD images in APP?

I am particularly interested to know if I can stack-register-combine and process. Narrowband Ha and OIII channels to create a Bi-Colour image of NGC7635 the Bubble nebula. I don't have this data yet. But I hope to collect it in a weeks time.

Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you can, no problem at all. I can get you through the workflow if you want after you took the data and proper calibration frames.

Thank you, Vincent,

I will have some narrowband data to play with after I have been away to a Star Party in darkest Norfolk.

I will be using my Atik 428ex with two NB filters. Baader Ha and OIII and want to create a Bicolor image of the following targets.

NGC7635-NGC7023-NGC281.

I hope I can do all the stacking-processing in APP. So a tutorial would be very useful.

You can and it should be quite straightforward, a tutorial is being worked on and the video tutorials (albeit old now) still give you the general idea for exactly what you want to do here.
